How youâll make an impact:
- Receives and processes first reports of routine claims in accordance with company claims procedures and service standards.
- Process and run loss run reports and disseminate to appropriate staff.
- Report, monitor and actively manage claims for a timely, favorable resolution.
- Analyze coverage and advocate on behalf of clients.
- Anticipate claims issues and effectively communicate with Account Executives, Claims Consultants/Advocates and others on potential issues, reserve increases and recommend alternatives to resolve disputes.
- Actively research claims data and communicate, coordinate, and monitor information with insured's and carrier adjusters for a timely resolution and in compliance with company service standards.
- Assemble and organize claim data to produce reports per clientâs request and satisfaction.
About You Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years claim handling experience in a brokerage firm or insurance industry.
