Join our Ipswich Claims team as a Claims Adjuster. You’ll be the first point of contact for policyholders, drivers, and third parties, helping them through their repair journey, settling total losses, and validating policies. How you’ll make an impact:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the repair or total loss journey.
  • Ability to work alongside different Gallagher Bassett departments, enhancing technical knowledge.
  • Validation and acknowledgement of new claims.
  • Respond to all written and phone enquiries clearly, courteously and promptly.
  • Develop relationships with clients by providing a friendly, efficient service.
  • Assist in general office administration (e.g. post, printing, order supplies, maintaining equipment) to ensure smooth running of office.

About You:

  • Can effectively communicate with others, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to build strong, effective relationships with clients/carriers/brokers through active listening and close adherence to their priorities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate in a complete, concise and logical manner.
  • Ability to update claims system.
  • Displays enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility for own actions.
