We’re looking for someone who loves helping people and solving problems. As a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their insurance claims and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. You’ll join a team that values collaboration and is committed to making a difference.
In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone or email, helping customers with their insurance claims. You’ll explain the claims process clearly, answer questions, and make sure customers feel heard and supported. You’ll also handle claim form requests, update databases, and assist with claims handling and payment processing. Your work will make a real difference to our customers when they need it most.
