As a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their insurance claims and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. You’ll join a team that values collaboration and is committed to making a difference. Your work will ensure that our customers feel cared for and confident during what can often be a challenging time. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), offering you the opportunity to make a real difference to our customers when they need it most.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone or email, helping customers with their insurance claims.
  • Explain the claims process clearly, answer questions, and make sure customers feel heard and supported.
  • Handle claim form requests, update databases, and assist with claims handling and payment processing.

About You:

  • Confidence in speaking on the phone with a friendly and professional manner.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
  • The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
  • A knack for staying organised and managing your time effectively.
  • Ideally you will have experience of working in within a call centre or similar.
