Overview Are you an organised individual with a passion for compliance and administration? WK Webster, a Gallagher Bassett company, is seeking an administrator to join our compliance team! This is a new opportunity to support our Compliance department and contribute to the efficient and effective running of the team.
This role is Monday-Friday, working 8:30am-4pm in our Sidcup office. Upon completion of probation (typically 3 months) you will be able to work from home 2 days a week.
How You\’ll Make An Impact
In this role, it will be your responsibility to support our Compliance department in its day-to-day operations, providing administrative assistance to the Compliance Manager.
This role offers a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Preparing and formatting reports on insurance claims and share them with internal teams
- Update and maintain databases using online and in-house systems
- Perform checks to ensure compliance with international sanctions
- Assist with audits, information requests, and general compliance administration tasks

- You’re an organised individual who can balance and prioritise your workload
- You have demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- You work well independently
- You pay attention to detail and can focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment
