Overview

Based within our Ipswich waterfront office, you will be first point of contact for inbound calls into our growing Frontline team. You\’ll fully trained to handle a variety of calls ranging from initial claim logging through to claim queries.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career within the insurance industry, as personal development and role progression is at the heart of what we do.

To support your career progression, we’ll also contribute financially for you to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII)

How you\’ll make an impact

As a Customer Service Advisor, you\’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer claims. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately recording customer claim details while adhering to established processes.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service across all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
  • Proactively finding opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
