We’re looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our Casualty Claims team in Chelmsford. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and outcomes. You’ll work in a supportive team environment where your contributions will make a real difference.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • You’ll handle a variety of casualty claims, investigating and assessing their validity.
  • You’ll gather evidence, make decisions on liability and settlement amounts, and negotiate fair outcomes.
  • Your role will involve working closely with clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives.
  • You’ll also maintain accurate records and ensure claims are resolved efficiently.
