Role Details:

At Regent’s, we’re committed to providing a peerless student experience. We are seeking a Student Experience Officer to be the first point of contact for all non-academic specific queries and to provide first-line advice and support to students. You’ll take a case-management approach to student support, to ensure that students receive accurate and timely advice and you will also assist with course-related administrative support.

To be successful, you should have strong administrative skills and the ability to use a variety of computer systems. You should have recent, relevant and significant experience of providing high quality customer or student support and particularly, in supporting students or customers from diverse backgrounds. Personalised education is what we do, and we believe that every student is unique and exceptional, so you’ll also be customer focused with great communication skills and a strong interest in the student journey.

Whilst we offer flexible and hybrid working across the University, you will be required to work on-campus at least 3 days per week (with flexibility required around peak periods).
