HR Intern will gain hands‑on experience in HR administration and people operations within a dynamic and creative environment. The role will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing and maintaining employee records.
- Work closely with the HR Generalist in the onboarding procedure for consultants’ tutors.
- Assist with updating HR databases (e.g., staff lists, absence records, training logs, and records).
- Help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reference requests.
- Support the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing induction packs and setting up new starter files.
- Respond to routine queries or redirect as necessary.
- Support HR projects, events, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure all HR documents are compliant with GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Use and maintain HR systems, including Workday and Fourth, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Education and Desired Skills
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and organisational skills, with a willingness to learn and support day‑to‑day HR tasks.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to handle information professionally and confidentially.
