NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of Admissions Officer. The successful candidate will join the Marketing team in London, reporting directly to the Head of Enrollment. This role involves managing the enrollment process and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for both domestic and international students. Responsibilities include:
- Counseling prospective students and guiding them towards the best programmes/school to achieve enrollment targets.
- Collecting applications and nurturing students until they arrive on campus.
- Providing excellent customer service to applicants, assisting with face-to-face enquiries, answering calls, and responding to emails and queries in a timely manner.
- Executing programme-specific acceptance procedures, including entrance exams, portfolio assessments, and interviews.
- Overseeing and managing the full student admissions process for the London campus, ensuring a smooth and compliant enrolment journey.
- Coordinating programme-specific selection procedures, including entrance exams, portfolio assessments, and candidate interviews.
- Managing international student visa procedures, working closely with UK immigration authorities, embassies, and consulates.
- Supporting prospective and current students with scholarship and financial aid enquiries.
- Liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely processing and communication of outcomes.
- Providing periodic statistical reports on enrollment progress to monitor the application pipeline and measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Contributing to promotional efforts such as Open Day and welcome days on campus and online.
- Supporting the development of sales and marketing strategies by identifying key recruitment regions and proposing initiatives to enhance the institution's brand reputation.
- Contributing to international network development by managing relationships with public and private institutions, universities, and schools.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree; a master’s in a related field is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or student recruitment, with solid knowledge of UK admissions compliance and student visa procedures.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities, excellent interpersonal and counselling skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the UK education sector, regulations and guidelines, and recruitment trends.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, student information systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools for online recruitment and communication.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level) written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
