The Role

We\’re seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to establish and lead the new Regents Law School – someone who can redefine legal education in a fast-changing world and position us as a bold distinctive force in this competitive market.

• Set the vision and ambition for Regents Law School inspiring course teams to deliver a transformative legal education that challenges the incumbents and delivers real-world impact.
• Design and deliver innovative practice-oriented programmes that disrupt traditional models. Your courses will be commercially successful academically rigorous and stand out for their relevance and quality.
• Be the public face of the School confidently communicating our value proposition across platforms and to a wide range of stakeholders – from prospective students to industry leaders.
• Forge powerful partnerships with the legal profession including general counsel in global organisations based in London – securing placements live projects and high-profile guest speakers that enrich the student experience.
• Build and lead a high-calibre team of legal educators cultivating a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation. You ll lead by example championing outstanding teaching and continuous improvement.
