Salary range: £31,772 – £39,156 per annum (dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications). Grade: F. Hours: 35 per week. Contract type: Permanent. Reference: 24/43. Closing date: Midnight, Sunday 28th June.

We are seeking a Student Casework Officer to provide day-to-day operational management in relation to student casework within our Registry team. You will maintain and provide timely and accurate information to support casework and provide practical suggestions for continuous improvement of processes. You will also contribute to the Registry’s knowledge base and share best practice within the University.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience providing high-level administrative support.

Working Conditions

The role requires working on campus at least 2‑3 days per week, with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available across the University.
