We are looking for a talented Bridal Stylist to join our team in our Mayfair London Flagship Store.

Role Description

• Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Provide one to one consultancy, selecting dresses and assisting with dressing the bride. Guiding the bride through our collection of couture made-to-order dresses.
• Ensuring that the bride finds the perfect dress.
• Provide detailed information about the dresses, including fabrics, designs, sizes, and pricing.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and suggest suitable dress options to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional accessories and services to enhance the customer\’s wedding experience.
• Strong client relations skills, ensuring effective communication with each bride throughout the full journey as a Galia Lahav bride.
• Focusing on providing a unique personalised luxury experience.
• Maintain a strong focus on achieving sales targets and meeting individual performance goals.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on current promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate them to customers.
• Continuously develop and enhance sales skills through training and self-learning.

This on-site role is located in our flagship store in Mayfair, London.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or bridal consultation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience and passion for styling and fashion
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a high-pressure environment while maintaining excellent customer service
• An understanding of luxury brand standards and a commitment to maintaining those standards
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Bachelor\’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising or a related field is preferred

Annual Salary 28,000 – 32,000 GBP

This is an on-site role is located in our flagship store in Mayfair, London.

Full time position – 35 hours a week.

Availability to work Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 – 18:00
