The predicted salary is between 20000 - 30000 £ per year.
Based in our Award Winning Thermal Village, as a Spa Attendant, you will interact and offer a high level of customer care to all visiting guests. Your role will involve making sure the changing areas are clean, stocked, and tidy for the arrival of our Spa guests, as well as assisting guests to their private tubs, explaining our Spa offerings & maximising sales., The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Offering a high level of consistent, friendly, and efficient care to all spa clients and visitors.

Working with the Spa team to understand daily operations and ensure the required areas are prepared to facilitate a smooth and timely experience for all clients including the preparation of laundry and changing rooms.

Carrying out front and back of house procedures as per the daily checklists.
