You will support the Operations Manager in day‑to‑day operational issues relating to food & beverage service within Parisien Belfast, which operates Wednesday to Sunday and can be privately hired for weddings and events.
The role requires at least two years of management experience in a café/restaurant or bar, with experience in opening/closing procedures and till reconciliations.
