HOURS: Full Time, based on 5 days out of 7 shift patterns ranging from morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends.

About the role: As Concierge your role is of the utmost importance as you are the first and last point of contact for our guests arriving and leaving the Resort. We are looking for someone with a friendly, welcoming attitude who will be focused on delivering outstanding customer service, every time. This role will require you to perform a number of different tasks ranging from helping with guest luggage, directing and transferring guests as well as offering recommendations for dining and other activities so you must ensure your knowledge of the resort and surrounding area is continually up to date. While the role will primarily focus on Concierge duties, the successful candidate may also be required to support other departments across the Resort, following appropriate training, to help deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure the smooth operation of the Resort.
The Position: The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to;
- Offering an outstanding level of consistent, friendly, and efficient customer care to all guests and visitors to the Resort.
- Acting as an ambassador for the Resort and displaying a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
- Aiding guests and visitors in various ways such as assisting with luggage, providing directions & information, and any other activities on a given day.
- Responding to requests for assistance via our internal system HotSOS.
- Support other departments across the Resort.
The Person: Applicants must:
- Have a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hold adequate IT skills & preferably previous experience using service software.
- Have strong teamwork skills.
- Have the ability to prioritize their time and the importance of various tasks.
- Possess sound knowledge of the Resort & local area.
- Display a flexible work approach.
Desirable:
- Have previously worked in a Concierge position in the Hospitality sector.
- Have previously worked in a customer service role.
- Have previous experience in the hospitality sector.
- Driving license preferred.
