Part-time – Shifts around 3-4 hours, you will be required to work at least 4 shifts per month, and weekends are included. Roe Valley Resort, Limavady will be discussed at interview.
About the role: Roe Valley Resort has become renowned for its beautiful setting, which lends itself quite magically to becoming a dream wedding location. We also cater for other private events including formals, private dinners, and corporate meetings. As a Banqueting Casual, you will join a fantastic, dedicated Conference & Banqueting team focused only on delivering tiptop service to all our visiting guests. Main duties:
- Welcoming all guests in a friendly, polite manner.
- Serving food and beverage in a variety of settings and styles.
- Following the daily order of events as directed by the Conference & Banqueting Manager.
- Directing any customer complaints to the Banqueting Manager.
- Making sure your personal appearance and uniform are in line with the required Resort standards at all times.
- Observe all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.
- Attend any training that has been set up to aid your personal development.
The Person:
- Have a passion for the hospitality industry, great food, and great service.
- Be an excellent team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns and be available to work morning, daytimes, evenings, and weekends.
- Have strong communication skills and be able to multi-task.
- Have a sense of pride in the delivery of high standards of presentation and the Galgorm Collection brand.
