Galgorm Resort & Spa seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Fratelli at Roe Valley Resort, Limavady. You will support day-to-day operations in the restaurant, manage staff in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and ensure top-quality service while working within budgets.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a busy bar/restaurant, strong ICT skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. A passion for excellent guest experiences is essential.
