We are seeking a welcoming and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, operate the main switchboard, and provide expert knowledge about the Resort and the local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest queries via phone, post, online, and in person.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Galgorm Collection services to assist with bookings and inquiries.
  • Identify and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Follow reception procedures and complete daily administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 6 months of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident IT skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, friendly, and professional attitude with pride in appearance.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Experience working as a switchboard operator.
