We are seeking a welcoming and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, operate the main switchboard, and provide expert knowledge about the Resort and the local area.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle guest queries via phone, post, online, and in person.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Galgorm Collection services to assist with bookings and inquiries.
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow reception procedures and complete daily administrative tasks.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- At least 6 months of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident IT skills, including Word and Excel.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, friendly, and professional attitude with pride in appearance.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Experience working as a switchboard operator.
