Sales Account Executive

At Galeta Bakery, we do things differently. As a fast-paced leader in premium bakery, we supply handmade goods to some of the UK’s most exciting names – from Selfridges and Tate to specialty coffee shops and cutting-edge restaurants across London and beyond.

We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to help us grow. You\’ll manage the full sales journey – from winning new business to nurturing existing accounts – with a sharp focus on London’s dynamic hospitality and coffee scene.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, onboard, and grow accounts

● Balance securing new business with retaining and expanding existing relationships

● Focus on specialty coffee shops, independents, and larger hospitality groups

● Spot opportunities, exceed KPIs, and drive revenue growth

● Proven sales experience with a strong track record of winning new accounts

● A deep understanding of the hospitality sector, especially London\’s coffee scene

● A proactive, self-starter attitude with great time management

● Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

● Office-based (Farringdon) + regular client visits

● Right to work in the UK required

● 3-stage interview process
