Field Sales Intern – Galeta Bakery

Location: London (on the road, visiting cafes, coffee shops & restaurants)

Duration: 2 month internship (potential for a permanent role)

Compensation: Commission-based – £100 for every new customer secured, with OTE potential of £1,500+ per day! All expenses paid. Top performers may be offered a permanent position on the sales team.

Galeta is on the hunt for a driven Field Sales Intern to help grow our customer base across London. If you love being out and about, meeting new people, and have a knack for sales, this is the perfect role for you!

What you'll be doing:

• Driving around London, visiting cafes, coffee shops, and restaurants.
• Pitching Galeta’s products to potential customers and securing new accounts.
• Delivering samples and building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Managing your own sales approach with full autonomy.
• Working towards sales targets with the potential for a long-term role in the team.

What we're looking for:

• Sales experience – any background in sales, customer service, or business development.
• A full, clean UK driving licence – you’ll be on the road every day.
• Confidence & charisma – ability to build rapport quickly and close deals.
• Self-motivation – this role gives you freedom, so you need to be proactive.
• Passion for food – enthusiasm for artisan bakery products is a big plus.
