Full Time | Based in Farringdon, London (but mostly out on the road)
At Galeta, we don’t cut corners. We handmake every product in our London bakery, deliver with care, and build genuine, lasting relationships with the people we serve. We’re now looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help our new customers get the very best start with us. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll be out and about across London- welcoming new cafés, coffee shops, and restaurants into the Galeta family.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the entire onboarding journey for new B2B customers.
- Be the first point of contact- friendly, helpful, and reliable.
- Visit customer sites to walk them through setup and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Build trust-based relationships from day one.
- Work closely with our sales, ops, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless experience.
- Share ideas to help improve and evolve our onboarding process.
What we’re looking for:
- A people person- confident on the phone, even better in person.
- Comfortable being on the move- most of your time will be on the road.
- Organised, independent, and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (B2B or hospitality a plus).
- CRM or onboarding platform experience is helpful, but not essential.
Where you’ll be based:
- Start your day at our Farringdon HQ, then head out to meet customers across London. You’ll need to be city-savvy and enjoy getting out from behind a desk.
