Lead Galebreaker's Projects function across Industrial, Agricultural, Commercial and Installation activities, with accountability for customer projects from order handover through design, manufacture, installation and commercial close-out. Working through the specialist Team Leads, the Projects Manager will coordinate priorities, resources and performance, while remaining actively involved in project delivery and supporting the Installation Team Lead with project-management workload and cover. As a member of the Operational Leadership Team, the role will contribute to wider operational performance, decision-making and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead the complete project portfolio, setting clear priorities, ownership, programmes and resource requirements. Manage allocated projects from order handover to customer acceptance and close-out. Work alongside the Installation Team Lead to share project-management workload and provide effective cover.
