What you'll do
- Lead the design and execution of architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and identify potential challenges early in the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project proposals, including design concepts, budgets, and timelines, to stakeholders and clients.
- Utilize advanced software tools for drafting, modeling, and project management to create detailed architectural plans and documentation.
- Oversee project budgets and financial performance, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met and that any delays are communicated promptly to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or architectural design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, as well as project management tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certifications is a plus.
