What You’ll Do:

  • Define and lead the product technical strategy (formulation, process, control strategy) with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Drive key decisions across development, validation, and life cycle management
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (Development, MS&T, Quality, Regulatory, Operations)
  • Identify and mitigate technical, manufacturing, and supply risks
  • Lead complex root cause investigations and CAPA activities
  • Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits with technical SME
  • Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and contribute to governance forums

What You Bring:

  • MSc or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–15+ years in cosmetics, pharma, biotech, or medical devices
  • Strong experience in CMC / product development / manufacturing / analytical development
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, matrix teams
  • Deep knowledge of QbD, lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong decision‑making, stakeholder management, and communication skills
