Career Stream Tasks

1. Data Management & Analysis : Assist in maintaining accurate records of supply chain activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Inventory Coordination : Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning for stock replenishment to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Support inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
3. Order Processing & Tracking : Help process orders, track shipments, and update stakeholders on order status. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
4. Customer Coordination : Communicate with customers and service providers to ensure high customer experience. Maintain positive relationships with customers and resolve issues as they arise.
5. Reporting & Documentation : Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making by supply chain managers.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (such as sales, procurement, and finance) to ensure smooth coordination across the organization.
7. Compliance & Regulations : Ensure that supply chain activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements, including quality and safety standards.
