What You’ll Do
- Apply statistical methodologies (SPC, DOE, MVDA) to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, analytical methods and product stability profiles.
- Design experiments and build models to optimize performance and reduce variability.
- Support process validation, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions (FDA/EMA).
- Analyze complex datasets and translate results into clear, actionable insights.
- Develop and document robust, reproducible statistical analyses.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and MS&T teams.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in R, Python, SAS, JMP, Minitab or similar tools.
- Solid experience with DOE, SPC, process validation, and data modelling.
