You will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting critical technical decisions through advanced statistical analysis.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply statistical methodologies (SPC, DOE, MVDA) to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, analytical methods and product stability profiles.
  • Design experiments and build models to optimize performance and reduce variability.
  • Support process validation, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions (FDA/EMA).
  • Analyze complex datasets and translate results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop and document robust, reproducible statistical analyses.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and MS&T teams.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in R, Python, SAS, JMP, Minitab or similar tools.
  • Solid experience with DOE, SPC, process validation, and data modelling.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
