Your Impact
You will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting critical technical decisions through advanced statistical analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Apply statistical methodologies (SPC, DOE, MVDA) to monitor and improve manufacturing processes, analytical methods and product stability profiles
- Design experiments and build models to optimize performance and reduce variability
- Support process validation, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions (FDA/EMA)
- Analyze complex datasets and translate results into clear, actionable insights
- Develop and document robust, reproducible statistical analyses
- Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and MS&T teams
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or advanced manufacturing
- Strong expertise in R, Python, SAS, JMP, Minitab or similar tools
- Solid experience with DOE, SPC, process validation, and data modelling
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with complex datasets
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
