Job Location: London, UK

Purpose of the Job: To support the three business units in maximising all opportunities for profitable sales through data analytics of performance and potential. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide intelligence, insights and tactics to enable head office and field force teams in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying and documenting business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable projects or initiatives by analysing quantitative and qualitative data, to identify trends, patterns, and insights to enable informed decision making.
  • Evaluate current business processes and practices for potential improvement, and implement solutions to optimise efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Create and design solutions, which may involve recommending changes to processes, systems, or software to address current and future business needs.
  • Lead cross-functional analytical projects, encompassing detailed documentation and communication between different teams to execute project goals and requirements.
  • Implement and execute quantitative analyses of customer databases and external data sources to develop data-driven insight into customers, their behaviours, buying preferences and patterns through ongoing support and solutions.
  • Lead all Business Unit data analysis, both for ex-factory and sales registered out to the market, providing data insights to the UK and Global Senior Leadership Teams.
  • Create monthly performance reports in line with defined metrics, presenting status, risks and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Maintain data quality, metrics, reports and administration of third party data warehouse.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years analyst experience.
  • Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
  • High level of presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstratable ability to interpret, manipulate and granularise data in its raw form.
