Missions du Poste :
- Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Contrôle Qualité Produit Finis, au sein d’une équipe d’une dizaine de personnes, l’Animateur Produits Finis (H/F) a pour missions :
- Organiser, allouer et contrôler les activités analytiques et documentaires d’une équipe de technicien de laboratoire dans le respect des objectifs coûts, délais, qualité et Sécurité Hygiène et Environnement (SHE) en participant à la réalisation de ces activités.
- Mettre en place, suivre et animer les indicateurs de performance de son équipe et piloter les plans d’actions associés.
- Piloter les événements qualité, les investigations préliminaires des OOS simples (avec réanalyses).
- Participer à des groupes de travail et être force de proposition sur l’ensemble des sujets relatifs à votre fonction (Caractérisation).
Profil :
- Formation bac+2 / bac+3 en chimie analytique, avec une expérience significative en laboratoire au sein d’un environnement réglementé et maîtrise les BPF.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Teams).
- Aime le travail en équipe et fait preuve d’un excellent relationnel.
- Leadership capable de fédérer une équipe autour d’un objectif commun.
- Proactif et coopératif.
