Purpose of the Job: The Training Coordinator plays a key supporting role within Galderma’s Aesthetics team, providing high-quality administrative, coordination, and executional support across a wide range of GAIN projects and initiatives. This individual will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of brand plans, product launches, and GAIN campaigns in line with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- GAIN & Strategic Support: Support the implementation of GAIN plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Assist with the coordination of GAIN activities including new product launches, brand positioning, and campaign execution. Help prepare and manage promotional materials and GAIN assets in compliance with internal and industry standards. Maintain and update campaign tracking documents, expense reports, and GAIN dashboards. Manage the coordination of the product sampling process, ensuring compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Coordinate logistics for GAIN events and training sessions in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Compliance, GAIN and Quality to ensure alignment on GAIN activities. Build positive working relationships with external partners, agencies, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of promotional activities in line with company SOPs and pharmaceutical industry codes of practice (e.g., ABPI). Support approval and material upload processes using internal systems such as Veeva PromoMats.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on GAIN KPIs, budget spend, and campaign performance to relevant stakeholders. Support internal communications by contributing to presentations, team updates, and cross-functional briefings.
Profile Requirements and Competencies:
- Previous experience in a similar training or coordinator role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or aesthetics industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and approval systems (e.g., ABPI, Veeva) is advantageous.
