We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to support Galderma's Investor Relations (IR) team in shaping and delivering a clear and compelling external narrative to investors and analysts. This role combines financial analysis, strategic thinking, and communication, with a strong focus on managing market expectations, developing investor materials, and supporting investor engagement. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and gain high exposure to company performance, strategy, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the IR financial model, analyzing company performance against internal guidance and external consensus, and supporting analyst discussions.
  • Translate financial and strategic insights into high-quality investor communication materials (presentations, press releases, Q&A, briefing documents).
  • Track market perception, analyst expectations, and peer performance, and disseminate relevant insights internally.
  • Support the preparation and execution of quarterly results and investor communications end-to-end.
  • Coordinate investor relations activities, including investor meetings, conferences, CRM updates, and external correspondence.
  • Over time, own direct interactions with investors and analysts.

Key Requirements

  • ~5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, equity research, investor relations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with financial models and interpreting complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial and strategic topics into clear and structured narratives.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity, with the ability to understand products, strategy, and market dynamics.
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment.
