Senior Clinical Trial ManagerThe Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) is responsible for planning and managing the overall activities of assigned global clinical trials, ensuring delivery according to timelines, budget, quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements. The Senior CTM will work closely with cross-functional teams, Clinical Science Experts, Clinical Scientists and external partners to ensure successful execution throughout the clinical development lifecycle. What You'll BringUniversity degree in Life Sciences, such as Biology, Pharmacology, Nursing, Health Sciences or a related discipline. At least 10 years of progressive experience in clinical research/operations, including approximately 5 years in a managerial role or equivalent within Pharma, Biotech and/or CRO environments. Broad experience across the clinical trial lifecycle, from protocol development through to study reporting. Experience managing clinical trials in major markets, particularly the US and/or China. Strong knowledge of relevant local regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills. Fluent written and spoken English.
