Galderma is seeking a Regional Head of HR EMEAC to lead people strategy across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada. You will partner with regional leaders to shape workforce planning, organization design and talent management, ensuring consistent global HR policies and values.
Based in Zug, London or Frankfurt with 3–4 days onsite and regular travel. Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
