Job Title: GAIN Clinical Specialist (Medical Educator)

Job Description
Galderma promotes several products to Medical Aesthetic professionals, including leading botulinum toxin and facial fillers. It is crucial to ensure our customers are trained properly on our products to ensure safe and effective use. The Clinical Specialist provides hands-on support to Medical Aesthetic customers across the UK & Ireland, ensuring practitioners are competent in using Galderma\’s products. This role supports Account Managers and promotes product use within designated regions. Travel: Yes, approximately 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customers needing technical/clinical support and work in clinics to boost confidence in Galderma’s non-surgical products.
- Provide tailored support, including product selection, filler techniques, reconstitution, and injection techniques.
- Support customers with technical training related to new product launches and adoption of AART and HITs.
- Communicate the science and benefits of Galderma’s products to customers.
- Assess customer readiness for further educational stages.
- Attend training to maintain high standards of product and clinical knowledge.
- Assist Regional Business Managers with product and clinical training.
- Collaborate with the education team to support UK & Ireland educational strategies.
- Engage only in on-label discussions and hold necessary qualifications and insurance coverage.
Skills & Qualifications
- Medical expertise with experience supporting healthcare practitioners.
- Strong knowledge of the medical community and Galderma’s portfolio.
- Teaching and communication skills.
- Proficiency in performing treatments with Galderma products.
- Medical/clinical qualifications in non-surgical aesthetic medicine, Level 7 preferred.
- Degree level education preferred.
- ABPI qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
