In this essential position, you will maintain the documentation and training management systems within the Galderma UK & Ireland organisation. You will provide administrative support to quality, regulatory and pharmacovigilance teams.

Quality Core Mission
  • Lead activities related to Quality Assurance in UK & IRL
  • Maintain the local Quality Management System and monitor its compliance status
  • Contribute proactively as an effective leader, functioning responsibly and autonomously while working within the framework of internal and external regulatory guidelines and procedures
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation/update of local SOPs in the electronic document management system to reflect local practices in accordance with Corporate Policies and SOPs
  • Maintain the electronic learning management system to ensure personnel have been allocated appropriate training and provide updates of training status to management
  • Record and maintain minutes of critical quality, regulatory and pharmacovigilance projects and meetings
  • Compile and update training manuals, undertake induction training and refresher training related to QMS for Galderma staff
  • Support quality and safety data exchange agreements established with Galderma third parties
  • Maintain and report of quality, regulatory and pharmacovigilance KPIs
  • Foster and maintain good cross-functional relationship with other departments; attend cross-functional meetings as needed
Knowledge & Skills
  • Possess high attention to detail and a methodical approach to data quality
  • Able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and good time management
  • Possess good numerical skills and record-keeping skills
  • Proactively contribute to a positive team attitude and highly productive work environment
  • Demonstrate excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Able to take decision and give instruction to all employees in his/her field of activities to ensure compliance with Galderma requirements
Education & Professional Experience
  • 2 or 3 A-levels or equivalent vocational qualifications, e.g., in business administration
  • 2 - 5 years working in a busy office environment delivering front line administrative services preferably in cosmetics, prescription- and OTC pharmaceutical, and medical devices products
