This is a leadership position that entails a broad range of responsibilities across brand and product development, working closely with internal functions, including R&D and Operations, markets across the world and external agencies.

Activities and responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, launch and expansion of a new brand, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term growth.
  • Develop the positioning, equity and long-term vision of a new brand to maximize the impact for Galderma's injectable aesthetics portfolio and drive global holisticity and consistency across geographies.
  • Translate the brand strategy and equity into marketing strategies and plans to drive trial and adoption for healthcare practitioners and consumers, and engage with internal stakeholders to ensure implementation throughout the organization all the way to successful commercialization.
  • Develop communication strategies to support value & differentiation messaging including integrated campaigns, publications, posters, symposiums, training content, etc. Driving the brand messaging across all relevant touchpoints, both digital and offline is critical.
  • Own brand financial and in-market performance and drive corrective actions where needed to outperform targets.
  • Work on the Annual Brand Plan and lead development of toolkits for initiatives and innovation (incl. naming, packaging, brand books, etc) according to HCP adoption and consumers journeys.
  • Collaborate very closely with key markets to understand market dynamics/requirements, and develop actionable relevant global solutions and enable implementation at local level.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and lead development of strategies to drive advocacy and ensure sustained differentiation of Galderma products.
  • Lead upcoming innovation projects together with R&D and Operations, develop sound business cases in collaboration with key markets and ensure differentiated and competitive value propositions.
Expected qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience in marketing and commercial functions, ideally in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty brands with proven track-record in global and local roles.
  • Proven track record of driving brand equity, marketing campaigns and leading innovation projects from inception to implementation.
  • Experience in brand management at global or local level with P&L ownership.
  • Experience in developing innovation and launching a brand is a plus.
  • Experience in the US, China or having them as focus markets is an advantage.
  • Business and/or scientific education with strong focus on marketing and innovation.
  • Fluent in English.
