Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of consolidated annual and interim financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the application of IFRS to complex transactions, including share‑based payments, financial instruments and hedge accounting, revenue recognition, segment reporting, impairment testing, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and leases.
  • Independently manage Galderma's share‑based.
