EMEAC Compliance Lead London, UK

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of global ethics and compliance programmes, policies and initiatives across EMEAC.
• Act as the key link between Global Compliance, regional Legal teams and Country Compliance Officers.
• Work with local stakeholders to prioritise compliance activities and support their effective delivery across markets.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps and follow up on actions to ensure timely execution.
• Support regional compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities and remediation plans.
• Provide regular updates on compliance activities, key priorities and programme progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and promote a consistent approach across the region.

Your profile

• Ideally 6 to 10 years' experience in Ethics & Compliance within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or wider life sciences industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance programmes, relevant regulations and industry codes.
• Experience implementing compliance initiatives within an international or matrix organisation.
• Experience working across multiple markets or a regional cluster would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across different levels.
• Well organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and see initiatives through to completion.
• A practical, collaborative approach, with sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
