We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our busy Energy Team to provide specialist knowledge of telecommunications assets to our clients across Scotland and England. You will be working alongside leading industry experts acting solely for site providers. This role is offered on a hybrid basis and will support our Scottish offices. The energy team are predominantly based across our Cupar and Aberdeen offices and therefore some travel will be required from time to time.
Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the telecoms, forestry, energy, rural, commercial and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with:
- Supporting senior colleagues and taking a lead role dealing with new sites, lease renewals and upgrade requests across Scotland and England.
- Providing general telecoms advice to our clients.
- Telecoms portfolio management.
- General consultancy towards planning, wayleaves and telecoms in respect of both rural and rooftop sites.
- Opportunity to diversify into rural and renewable professional work as part of this role.
You will be experienced in telecommunications work, be highly motivated, a self-starter and be able to demonstrate a strong ability to develop key stakeholder relationships. You will have the appetite to promote and push forward new business ideas, acting as an ambassador for the Firm, promoting its services at every appropriate opportunity.
