Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary firm with offices across Scotland and Northern England, specialising in property sales and lettings, and the rural, energy, forestry and commercial sectors. We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Events & Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Marketing team in our Stirling office. In this role you will coordinate and deliver Galbraith’s events programmes, working closely with colleagues from across the business, as well as external clients and partners, to deliver successful, high-quality events. If you have previous experience in an events management role, enjoy having a hands on role at events and have a customer‑focussed approach, this role could be for you.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Co-ordinate the organisation of all company events, including agricultural shows, exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
- Attend all events as required, liaising with internal event champions, organising employee attendance, setting up and breaking down event equipment, and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal event stakeholders, managing expectations, gathering requirements and providing regular updates throughout the event planning process.
- Proactively manage, distribute and source event materials, including branded promotional material, maintaining supplies of brochures and magazine, and branded clothing for staff where needed.
- Provide support across our CRM and date management system, including regular data cleaning and input exercises in line with GDPR guidelines and data retention policies.

Work Pattern
The role is offered on a full time basis, Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm & Friday 9am-5pm, a total of 37hrs per week. Hybrid working will be offered following an initial training period. Further details of this will be discussed at interview.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work flexibly, including occasional weekends and evenings to cover events, with time during the week given back in lieu.
To be Successful
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of event management, preferably within a professional services environment. An interest in the property market would also be beneficial. A degree in marketing, or an event management related field would be advantageous but not essential.
You will have strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint & SharePoint. You will also have experience of using CRM systems and email platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics & DotDigital.
You will regularly be liaising with key clients and colleagues therefore strong stakeholder management skills is essential. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident working with senior colleagues. You will have proven organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritise effectively whilst upholding meticulous attention to detail.
You must hold a full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
