The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Administrator to join our busy team in Stirling to provide maternity cover on a 1 year fixed-term contract, ideally commencing mid-May.

As part of our people commitment, and our drive to continuously invest in their development and wellbeing, you will assist in supporting the Partnership to ensure that our people remain the core focus of everything we do.

You will primarily be responsible for the administration and co-ordination of the full employee lifecycle from onboarding our new employees, to being the first point of contact for all day-to-day people enquiries across the business, ensuring consistency in the application of our policies, processes and approach. You would provide support to all areas of our business, providing great variety day to day and the opportunity to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Our Galbraith Stirling office is located on the outskirts of Stirling and therefore a car is essential.

Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate people focused individual with an eye for detail and who fully understands the importance of confidentiality. You will ideally have previous experience in digital platforms and tools e.g. Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power-point) and SharePoint, experience of using integrated HR & Payroll systems would be beneficial.

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within an HR environment and a relevant HR qualification would be desirable. This is a fantastic role for someone wishing to develop their career in People and Culture with the opportunity to make a positive impact.
