Your New Opportunity Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the rural, forestry, energy, commercial, building surveying and residential sectors with a growing presence in the emerging Natural Capital sector. We are looking for a Surveyor to join our busy Rural Team in Hexham to provide specialist knowledge of rural assets to our clients across the North of England. This role is based in Hexham however travel to other offices and client sites offers great variety day to day. Involvement in all aspects of rural consultancy, valuation and professional work undertaken by the firm. Assisting senior colleagues and taking a lead role in the management of estates and rural property as the needs of the business demands. Valuations of all types of property and property related interests. General property consultancy including planning, wayleaves, sporting rights, access negotiations, diversification project. You will be a recently qualified surveyor, who is looking for a new challenge. The role will involve travel and therefore a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
