Galbraith is a diverse multi-disciplinary Firm of Property Consultants with offices across Northern England and Scotland, specialising in the telecoms, forestry, energy, rural, commercial and residential sectors.
We are looking for a Surveyor to join our busy Telecoms Team to provide specialist knowledge of telecommunications assets to our clients across Scotland and England. Working alongside senior colleagues and taking a lead role dealing with new sites, lease renewals and upgrade requests across Scotland and England.
- Providing general telecoms advice to our clients.
- Telecoms portfolio management.
- General consultancy relating to rural and rooftop sites including access and wayleaves for services.
You will be experienced in telecommunications work and looking for a new challenge. You will ideally have over 3 years telecoms experience and be RICS qualified or equivalent. There may also be the opportunity to diversify into rural and renewable professional work as part of this role.
The role will involve travel and therefore a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential. The role is offered on a full time basis of 37hrs per week. Following an initial training period hybrid working may be offered. The office base for this role is Cupar, however office locations of Stirling, Castle Douglas or Aberdeen may also be considered.
