We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our Crypto trading desk. The successful candidate will collaborate with traders, quants, and other developers to design, implement, and optimize market making and quantitative trading strategies.

• Develop, implement, and maintain high-performance trading algorithms and models for Crypto markets.
• Integrate new data sources and ensure data integrity for accurate model input.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live trading systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in quantitative finance, software development, and Crypto markets.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.

Experience working in algorithmic trading environments in Java. Knowledge of tick data analytics and real-time market data processing. Familiarity with cloud-based market access or hybrid deployments. Strong programming skills in Java.
