You are a seasoned, execution-focused Technical Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings structure to ambiguity. You are comfortable operating across time zones and functions, partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality delivery—ideally within financial services or retail-facing platforms. You own the operational side of software delivery, including intake, prioritization, tracking, and stakeholder coordination. You ensure work is clearly defined, appropriately scoped, and consistently progressing. You proactively surface blockers, drive follow-ups, and maintain visibility across teams, taking full accountability for outcomes. You have the technical depth to understand how systems connect and where risks emerge. While not hands-on coding, you can engage in architecture discussions, navigate dependencies, and confidently represent technical progress to both engineers and business stakeholders. You are equally comfortable leading complex, multi-team initiatives and diving into execution details—whether refining JIRA boards or delivering concise status updates. You operate with urgency and independence, and can confidently represent globally distributed teams at the executive level. Based in London, you play a key role in bridging teams across New York and India, enabling consistent communication and execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a key execution partner to the India-based Head of Galaxy Retail (G1), supporting multiple engineering teams (20–30 developers across New York and India).
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for execution across Retail Engineering, aligning business priorities with technical delivery.
  • Own the end-to-end intake process for new workstreams—ensuring requests are captured, clearly defined, scoped, and prioritized.
  • Maintain a real-time view of team resourcing, priorities, and delivery progress, identifying conflicts, risks, and gaps early.
  • Build and maintain clear, up-to-date reporting (“single pane of glass”) for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive structured execution across time zones, partnering closely with tech leads to maintain consistent delivery rhythms.
  • Lead complex, cross-team initiatives with multiple dependencies, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with adjacent teams (infrastructure, security, controls) to manage dependencies and unblock execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and changes in scope or resourcing.
  • Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership, including the CTO.
  • Contribute to improving delivery standards and operational maturity across the Technology organization.
  • Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with direct involvement in engineering-led delivery.
  • Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple engineering teams and time zones.
  • Proven ability to manage intake, triage requests, and define scope and priorities with technical stakeholders.
  • Experience tracking resource allocation across teams and proactively identifying capacity risks or gaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution—organizing work, following through, and unblocking teams.
  • Highly structured, with strong fluency in delivery tooling (JIRA, dashboards, documentation).
  • Excellent communicator, able to deliver concise updates to senior stakeholders, including the CTO.
  • Experience managing large, multi-team initiatives with cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ability to engage deeply with technical systems, architecture, and dependencies without being hands-on coding.
  • Operates independently with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability.
  • Based in London, with the ability to bridge execution across New York and India.
  • Experience in digital assets and financial markets, including experience delivering technology initiatives in retail finance environments.

Bonus Points:

  • Prior experience as a software engineer or in a hands-on technical role is a strong plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus.
  • Hybrid working arrangements.
  • Company-paid health/dental (Bupa) and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependents.
  • 4% company pension contribution.
  • Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace.
  • Generous paid Parental Leave.
  • Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry.
  • Free daily snacks and weekly lunches (London office).
  • Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues.
  • Employee Resource Groups.

*Benefits may vary depending on location.
