What You Will Do
- Lead business requirements discussions with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
- Develop and document end-to-end process flows, including actors, inputs, outputs, and dependencies, integration requirements
- Write clear use cases, user stories to ensure all software requirements, specifications and acceptance criteria are clearly defined
- Analyze and document both business and technical requirements, including, but not limited to, script standards, pharmacy data elements (prescription, patient, drug details, etc.), requirements and statuses
- Create technical documentation, including field mappings, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams
- Map and validate data fields across inbound and outbound systems, collaborating with development teams for accuracy and integration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for requirement-related questions throughout the development lifecycle
- Refine features in collaboration with technology, operations, and product
- Act as a subject matter expert and support the development of business user training materials; assist in end-user training efforts
Skills and Experience You Will Need
Required:
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in software development
- Hands-on experience with Data mapping, data flow diagrams, APIs (including orchestration layers, JSON) and technical specification documentation
- Proven success in collaborating with clients, vendors, developers, architects, and cross-functional teams
- Adhere to all Company Policies, Procedures, and other training consistent with Information Security and Compliance Programs, including but not limited to the following compliances and regulations: SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA
- Maintain strict compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, as well as applicable local, state and national federal laws

- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
