This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area for a Commercial Property Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of our commercial portfolio, ensuring assets are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Operations: Manage commercial properties effectively, ensuring compliance with all property management policies, health & safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Lease Management: Oversee lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and lease negotiations.
  • Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling queries, maintaining positive relationships, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Service Charge Management: Prepare, manage, and reconcile service charge budgets. Ensure all expenditures are accounted for and apportioned correctly according to lease terms.
  • Utilities Management: Oversee utility contracts and consumption across the portfolio. Handle meter readings, resolve billing disputes, and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations and maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Must have proven previous experience in Property Management. This is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in managing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and utility accounts.
  • Lease Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Lease Administration and Lease Negotiation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, properties, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local property regulations, compliance, and market trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
