Our client is a leading manufacturer who is looking to add to their workshop with another welder and fabricator.
Main duties will include:
- Being proficient in TIG welding techniques and capable of welding working on aluminium.
- Knowledge of basic fabrication techniques, including cutting, bending, and shaping metal.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Work with tight tolerances and ensure precise dimensions in fabricated parts.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while operating machinery and tools.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during fabrication.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Candidate attributes:
- Previous TIG welding experience
- Being a confident fabricator
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on a multitude of roles at any one point
- Driving licence is required due to the location of the premises.
