Technical Sales Coordinator role

Role – Technical spares coordinator Location – Diss, Norfolk Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours Capacity of role – Permanent position Pay rate – Up to £32,000 per annum Our client is currently recruiting for a Technical Spares Coordinator to join their busy office team. This position is a pivotal role within the business and they are looking to develop and mould someone’s natural customer support flair to their team. Main duties will include – • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met • Processing customer enquiries via phone or email for spares • Owning end-to-end sales process for spares, including liaising with customers and suppliers. • Requesting quotes from suppliers and processing purchase to the best price and quality • Producing quotations and following them up • Converting enquiries to sales orders • Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working environment and continuous improvement activities • Communicate with operations in all departments • Actively promote spares sales for all contracts • Issuing priced recommended critical spares list for all new and recent contracts • Data entry on to their MRP system • Be proactive in finding new business Candidate attributes - • Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • IT Skills – must include work, excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems • Ability to work independently and as part of team • Exceptional time management with the ability to meet critical deadlines • Positive attitude and the desire to learn Skills Required Sales, Administration, Customer service, Verbal and written communication, Microsoft applications, Qualifications Required Driving licence Keywords Sales, Administration, Customer service, Verbal and written communication, Microsoft applications
